City Trail Hare - Boudicc'Hare The warrior queen of the ancient Norfolk Iceni tribe, sponsored by The Friends of Iceni. Legend has it that Boudicca released a hare from the folds of her garment and whichever way it ran, was a sign showing her the direction to invade. Her artist created Boudicc’Hare in a house near Colchester, so was very careful she did not try to escape and burn down Colchester castle!
