Are there any fees on the online bidder or the live auction?

The answer to both is no! There are no added fees to either auction. Just the cost of delivery.

If I want to come and see all the hares at the farewell event Hare Today Gone Tomorrow - how do I get a ticket?

You can buy your tickets online at VisitNorwich or if they are showing sold out please come to the Box Office with a flexible agenda and we will try and get you in to see the hares where possible. The first two sessions on Sunday 7th October are sold out so pop down for tickets from midday.

Is the Hare Today Gone Tomorrow event chargeable?

Yes there is a low charge to see all the hares in one location which goes direct to the organising charity Break. The charges are £10 for a family of up to 5 people or £2.50 each. Under 3's are free of charge. We are only able to take cash at the Box Office.

I cant attend the auction but I want to buy a Hare at auction how do I do that?

You can contact to organise proxy or telephone bidding on the night. Or you can register for online liver bidder with Easy Live Bidder here

Where can I find my school leveret?

The leverets are out in Norwich until 2nd September and you can either pick up a poster in intu Chapelfield dining gallery (whilst stocks last), take a photo from their wall, check on the app (Apple iTunes or Google Play), look on the map on the website ( or see the specific school on the website (

Is there a map for the leverets?

No, not a specific map but you can find all the locations on the GoGoCreate section of the website, find them on the map or the app, or pop into intu Chapelfield on the dining terrace for a poster.

Where can I pick up a poster of all the GoGoCreate sculptures?

The map produced by intu Chapelfield can be picked up on the third floor and will be available whilst stocks last. There is a copy of it on the wall so you can take a photo of it, and locate your leveret from there. We are really sorry but we cannot save posters or post them to anyone.

Where can I buy stickers or a sticker book?

Stickers and sticker books can be purchased from East of England CO-OP stores, One Stop and some Break Shops. For more information please check the EDP website

Where can I find a map?

To pick up a map go to any Best4Promotion stands which according to Best4Promtions can be found at Tourist Information Centres • Supermarkets • Caravan and Touring Parks • Railway Stations • Hotels and GuestHouses • Leisure Centres • Attractions • Garden Centres • And many, many more... I'm having trouble finding Holt Country Park on Sat Nav...

Holt County Park postcode is NR25 6ES but some people are finding NR25 6SP this is a better one to use.

When are the Break shops open? They are selling merchandise as well as a whole host of bargains to look through!

Break shops are open Monday – Saturday, 9am – 5pm.

These shops are also open on Sundays 10am-4pm: Hellesdon Cromer. Sheringham Southwold Unthank Road

When is the outlet shop open at Start-Rite Shoes?

Kicks can be found at the Outlet Shop open 7 days a week. Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm (gates close at 10pm). Sundays 10am - 4pm

Are the large GoGo sculptures available to see 24/7?

Most are, but some are in time restricted areas ie a shop or the railway station where there are opening times. These are all denoted on the trail map and opening times can be found on the Hare page.

Where can I buy postcards?

You can only buy postcards from Jarrold in the Forum shop. They are replenished once a week and if they are out of the one you want you may have to wait a week.

What about the competitions?

If you complete the trails you can enter a competition, one for the completing the City Hare trail and one for the County Hare trail. Why not complete both? Details can be found here.

Can I win a full-size Hare?

Yes, you can try and win Pablo Hare. Buy a £10 raffle ticket at the intu Chapelfield information desk to try and win this full size (1.6m) sculpture. Details can be found here.

I've heard that there is a recording that I can buy? The Mighty Quinn?

What is Lever'art?

Lever'art is a chance to see all the Leverets at the Undercroft Gallery and will be open from 5th to the 23rd September. It's open Monday to Saturday 12- 5pm and Sunday 12 until 3pm, no need to book, just come along. Suggested donaton £1 per person at the door. I would like to buy a GoGoHare at auction how do I get tickets? Can I bid online?
